Academical part

Academical part should be build of different parts: lectures (to provide you all essential knowledge), workshops (to improve how to use gathered knowledge), shipyard visit (to see how other people are using there knowledge), discovery diving (yes! you get to dive :)) and engineering competition and team building (to teach you that essence of everything is in communication, cooperation and working together).

Lectures:
Ecology of the sea
Undersea archeology
Underwater robotics
Shipbuilding

Workshops:
Ecology of the sea (becouse we want to preserve extraordinary beauty of our sea :))
Shipbuilding (don't worry, you won't have to builg whole ship :))
Underwater robotics (wow, sounds like from SF movies :))

Company visit: Shipyard

Discovery diving! Every participant will get chance to try in scuba diving :)

Cultural part

Well, you can't come to Croatia withouth meeting our great culture, cause we're unique combination of wild Balcanian/Southern spirit and Central European sense for organization and order. We are sitting-for-a-coffee dependent, but also, we know how to give our best effort to achieve our goals.

You'll be introduced to Croatian culture with:
Croatian lessons (to learn you everything there is to be known about our simple language :))
International evening (cause BEST is about mixing cultures after all :))
Dalmatian evening (well, if you don't know what Dalmatia is, you can google, or come and join us for the evening :))
City trip (Sibenik or Zadar - beautiful Dalmatian cities with rich history)
Croatia movie (though in this area we don't have a lot to boast about :))

Social part

Don't worry, we'll make sure you enjoy this course, to make bunch of friends and to feel BEST-spirit :) Parties, games and trips will constantly keep you awake and fill you with energy neccessary for lessons :)

You'll have:
Great trips (surprise trip, national parc trip, city trip)
Welcome party with get-to-know games, disco night, karaokee party
Pub crawling (favourite evening for all BESTies :))
Getting know the island by foot
Hiking to Raduc (don't worry, small hill :))
